All returns must accompany a Return Authorization Number. Please contact Flattering Finds within 5 days of receiving your order to obtain an Authorization Number. Please read the instructions below.
Flattering Finds will accept returns of unworn items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within 5 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please allow Flattering Finds 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- Flattering Finds will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
- DAMAGED PRODUCT. In the unlikely event that you receive an item damaged, please notify us as soon as possible. We will ask that you upload photographs of the damaged product prior to initiating a refund.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME is 5 - 7 business days after we receive the return.

Flattering Finds may at any time in its sole discretion change the rules set forth above.Once orders are received, they are sent to our distribution center for processing and shipping. Since the distribution center has received this order, we are not able to modify your order. You cannot cancel an order that is in transit and once an order has been placed, you cannot change your shipping address due to our fraud prevention checks. However, you can process a return or exchange once your item has been received.
